The order page takes your information while setting up an individualized shopping experience for you. When you are ready to pay, this shopping cart takes you to Paypal's secure payment processing page to finish off the transaction. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card on PayPal. You may also choose to pay by check or money order. It should be noted that we do not provide instant reports online. We process each order personally to help reduce errors and ensure that you receive a quality product. After the order transaction is completed, delivery of the reports will depend upon the type ordered. * Allow 24 to 48 hours for delivery of Computerized reports by email when paid with credit card. Personalized reports require two - three weeks delivery time. All deliveries are delayed when the order involves a check or money order. We do not start on the report/s until your check is received and clears our account. Use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the left-hand column below if you experience any issues.

We do not provide "instant - online" reports. Computerized reports are emailed within 48 hours.*[see note at end of this paragraph] Personal consultations may take up to 4 weeks to complete. Other calendars and charts may take up to 48 hours to deliver into your email account. *Note: Delivery may take longer if we do not have all the information we need for your order OR if you pay with an E-Check.
After you have created your account with your name and birthdata, we may need additional information beyond that. Be sure to include an email address that you check into every day. If we have a question on an order, we may need to request additional information.
Near the bottom of each "order page" there will be a list of information that we will need especially if the report is for someone other than yourself:
- All Charts & Reports Require the following Info
- Name
- DOB = Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
- TOB = Time of Birth + a.m. or p.m. + timezone (if known)
- if TOB is not known or given, we will use 12:00 noon.
- if TOB is not know, the Moon sign & aspects may be wrong in the reports
- POB = Place of Birth (City + State/Country)
- Reports with Transits, Returns & Calendars Need the following Info
- Name
- DOB = Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
- TOB = Time of Birth + a.m. or p.m. + timezone (if known)
- POB = Place of Birth (City + State/Country)
- Current Location (City + State/Country)
If we do not receive the information that is requested for the particular type of report, chart or calendar that you order, we will contact you as soon as we are available.

WE are a family business. Fifth-house originated as a small astrology plus web-management business registered in the State of Oregon, USA. The website for Lunar Living Astrology grew out of and evolved from Fifth-house. I am Ms. J McCaul and I began studying astrology in the 1970s. I began astrological consulting in 1988. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reed College. I am a member of the Oregon Astrological Association (OAA) and the International Society of Astrological Research (ISAR). I enjoy playing around with internet programming on occasion and you are likely to encounter some of my programming talents on this website. Most of the astrology articles on Lunar Living have been written by me. My husband helps to manage the business, provides me moral support and gives me advice. My children also help out from time to time with office duties when the workload becomes too much around here. We have shifted the majority of the astrology business online to help reduce overhead expenses.
