Sun is Virgo, 6° 47'
Moon is Virgo, 6° 47'
Virgo is loaded with a five-planet stellium (if you count the Sun and Moon as planets). A stellium is when more than three planets are forming a conjunction. Even though the placement of Mercury is at 2 degrees, and Venus is at 11 degrees, alone, they normally wouldn't be considered as a transiting conjunction. They are nine degrees apart. The Sun and Moon at 6 degrees and Mars at seven degrees fills in the space to make this a large stellium. Add in the fact that all five are forming trines to Uranus retrograde in Taurus, and we know this is going to be a significant day.
The stellium collectively rises our consciousness around providing services to others and ourselves, particularly regarding health. It can also elevate our awareness of our co-workers, and their needs. Precision and details are also likely to feel more important to us. We may get frustrated if we have to sweep up behind someone who was lazy in performing their tasks. Today might be a great day for cleaning out a closet, or two. Attitudes about relationships, money, energy level and intellect, will all play a role in how we interact with others today. Throw in the trines to Uranus, and, we might wonder if something that occurs today is a trick or flat out crazy. Hopefully, it's all in a good way, since both signs are Earth elements and relate cohesively.
Venus, on the outer edge of the stellium in Virgo is forming a waxing (approaching) square to Jupiter in Sagittarius along with a waxing trine to Saturn retrograde in Capricorn. This has the potential to cause us to feel a bit frazzled with our interactions. Hopefully, the fact that both Jupiter and Saturn are involved, and Saturn being retrograde, it counteracts the potential for frustration. However, there will be no guarantee, as we each will have other aspects in our own charts to throw into the mix. The best solution is to not commit to something, until we have all the details ironed out.
Jupiter in Sagittarius is pushing into a square to Neptune retrograde in Pisces. Remember, this is the "over promise" aspect that causes us to deplete all our energy, or causes others to be angry because we did not uphold the promise. So, remember to back off regarding the promises. You can just as easily say "I can try, but I can't promise…" until this aspect has cleared out.
Saturn retrograde in Capricorn has moved out of the conjunction to Pluto, but is sextile to Neptune retrograde in Pisces. Continue to do as much as possible behind the scenes without drawing attention to ourselves, unless we have no choice.
So that's the quick and basic of this new moon layout. The chart is super heavy with nine feminine placements, and two masculine, if you add Chiron in the mix. Our endurance to put up and shut up is stronger than usual. Even if we choose to yell about the inequities, no one is likely to care or listen. There are no Air placements, and only one Water placement. Eight placements are in Earth elements, forcing us to dig deep in order to find a sense of grounding from these influences. Just don't dig so deep that we become fixed in one spot. We need to be willing to adapt, because there are seven placements in mutable modalities. If we get stuck, our brains may get overheated from the "rigidity" of it all.
