As noted in the Terms of Service page, these e-reports are not instantly delivered after payment.

After payment, you should be redirected to a Report Information (Data) submission page. The link to that page will be available only after your payment transaction is complete. In the event PayPal does not bring you back to that page, you can use our contact page to provide us with the required info as described for each report. If it would help, you can copy/paste the list of necessary information into the contact window to remind you what type of information is needed, when you send us your order information. Please allow us up to 48 hours after payment for delivery of the e-reports. *~*Before emailing us back after 48 hours, be certain to check your email account's Spam/Junk Mail Folder as our emails and reports will sometimes end up being defined as spam!~*~
