This full Libra moon is also referred to as the Pink Moon as Spring in the northern hemisphere settles into place. A plethora of colors are blooming as the daylight grows longer and stronger. This full moon chart brings some productive relief after we felt like we were cascading through the Eclipse Season last month. We were warned that our lives could be changing. Many of us just didn't anticipate the extent of that change. On the other hand, it is human nature to resist change. As such, if we feel we are losing more than we are gaining in the advent of change, we may need to push back in an effort to retain some semblance of our status quo.

The Sun in in Aries highlights the source of this resistance, with the Moon as the apex of a “Finger of God” yod pattern. The Moon, in Libra, is quincunx (inconjunct) with Venus retrograde and Saturn in Pisces, plus quincunx to Uranus in Taurus. Discomfort is the theme of this one, as we attempt to understand the meaningful way of moving forward without losing our support systems. Our anger is likely to surface quickly unless we pace our actions in a way that open our hearts to opportunities rather than shutting down in despair. The key to this portion of the chart is to recognize our essential needs, and manifest our desires as means of guidance. Being conscious of the prospects and the consequences should give us the incentive to make the best decisions within the moment. Aries' influence can be quite impulsive, yet, everything around us is reminding us that the impulsive decisions are likely to set us back in ways that will involve a complete do over in a few months down the road. Today, the full moon is forming a t-square to Mars in Cancer. Unfortunately, we could find ourselves navigating around (or through) old childhood traditions that cause us to rethink whether we should keep those ideals in our lives, or explore the true value of those traditions.

The stellium (multiple conjunctions) of Mercury, Venus retrograde, and Saturn in Pisces is trine to Mars in Cancer. What we do to help ourselves will involve support from many others within our lives. Mars is encouraging us to be active within our choices and our decisions. We may need to clear our heads, or our consciences, before making a decision. It will likely involve discussions with our immediate family members, and possibly our closest friends and allies in life. In other words, don't make the decisions without listening to what our support system has to share with us, in the overall process of making a huge life-altering decision.

Now that Neptune has ingressed to Aries, the sextile aspect between Neptune in Aries and Pluto in Aquarius has been strengthened. World events are feeling intensified in new ways that have more significance in our lives. The decisions of leaders are likely to have direct impact on our quality of life. How we react is up to us to decide as the consequences of our personal actions need to be equally weighed in the overall changes.

All in all, this full moon is the first revelation of the outcome from the eclipse events. We are starting to see how the eclipse impacted our lives, and now we are needing to make some real decisions about what we need to do, as a result. Luckily, this chart is more balanced than it feels. There are equal masculine and feminine receptive placements helping us with motivation and insight. There is a bit of a dis-balance of Earth and Water element placements, however, the weight of placements leans more into the mutual qualities rather than fixed qualities, which gives us the advantage of adapting as necessary to the events that are occurring in our lives. The key to this chart is our ability to develop new ideas, while at the same time, pivoting to new ideas in the face of adversity. As mentioned, we may need to turn to our support network in order to find the best options.
