The second full moon in a calendar month, now referred to as a Blue Moon is in the sign of Sagittarius. Although a true blue moon (color of blue) is the result of dense ash and air pollution from things like a volcanic eruptions or giant wild fires. But, the story is that once in a blue moon (rare event) is associated with two full moons occurring twice in a calendar month, which was caused by a misinterpretation of another rare event of four full moons occurring in a season. Another lunar event occurring today is the micro moon in that the rotation of the moon around the earth is at its furthest point away from earth, causing it to appear slightly smaller on the horizon (to the south east) and as such, is less likely to cause the extreme high tides situation, as in King Tides. Don't underestimate the high tides caused by a micro full moon, however, as yes, there are still the possibilities of higher than normal high tides with this full moon.

The full moon in Sagittarius is tied into an inconjunction (quincunx) to Mars in Taurus, and also a wedge with Saturn in Aries. We are likely to stumble through the day with a mix of challenges and easy solutions to our normal everyday events. Expect to find some familiar points of interest that turn into unique outcomes, as we sort through the various occurrences that we would normally ignore or overlook. Take a little extra care with travel, even local trips across town or a jog around the neighborhood.

A quick peek at Mercury on the cusp of Cancer. Mercury moved quickly during the month of May through both Taurus and Gemini, preparing to move into Cancer tomorrow. The trek is slowing, while preparing for Mercury retrograde, starting June 29 in the sign of Cancer. Use this time to get plans for July in order. Preparation for travel, legal documents, transactions, mailings and other forms of communication can be made easier prior to Mercury's Retrograde Transit during the first three weeks of July.

Venus in Cancer is square to Saturn in Aries. Finances and relationships can feel challenges during this time. The best way to utilize this particular transit is to search for resolution. Try to fix the reason for the problems, or find ways to work around the problems until the load lightens up for us. Confrontation or aggression is not the solution. Blaming others is also not the solution. The challenge is ours to own and handle. Because Venus in in Cancer and Saturn in Aries, the situations are likely to be felt in the self and family departments of our lives.

Pluto in Aquarius is the only planet currently transiting retrograde, and is pushing back into a trine and sextile to Uranus in Gemini and Neptune in Aries. Because all three of these planets are considered to be slow moving generational planets, the impacts are collectively changing how we view the world around us. These planets can topple governments and change how governments function. Depending on the circumstances, people may revolt against large scale tyranny or governmental criminality, or people may simply submit to tyranny out of fear, apathy or misinformation. So it is not always an outcome we would hope for. The fact that Pluto is retrograde at this time adds to the misinformation and conspiracy theories that cloud the facts from coming forth.

All in all, we are likely to feel pushed into changing attitudes and perspectives. There are seven planets in Masculine receptives, indicating that we are prepared to take advantage of changes during this full moon. There is only one planet in an Earth sign (Mars in Taurus) indicating that our stubborn side may be less forceful. We may feel as though we are either more accepting today, or that we are more gullible today. Either way, we will see situations through a different lens than normal.
