The past two moon event charts have indicated that we were moving through some transitions in our lives. While we are still transforming, we are likely to feel more calm during this full moon. This may feel unusual for a full moon, but it is all relative based on the past few weeks of situations.

The Sun in Cancer is opposing the Moon in Capricorn. The July full moon is typically considered to be the Buck Moon by some American indigenous tribes. This brings up our past as we move into our future. What we have learned are the skills we will need in order to move forward. Trying to brute force our way forward may work for some, while most of us will simply need to reflect, release, and ease onto our new path with the understanding that we are in control, even without force.

Mercury has charged forward into Leo, ahead of the Sun, which indicates that a Mercury retrograde will be occurring soon. On July 18, Mercury will station for a retrograde motion, lasting until August 11. With Mercury's retrograde occurring in Leo, we can expect to experience snafus that are Leo-like in nature.

Jupiter in Cancer is square to Neptune retrograde in Aries. This might amplify confusion. Don't expect others to follow through on promises during this full moon. It's the nature of the aspect. Neptune's nature is rarely reliable in all things tangible. But the intangible, the things we can not easily define, may feel more obvious, for now, anyways. It is a good time to record these events for future reference.

Saturn and Neptune's conjunction in Aries is forming sextiles to Uranus in Gemini and Pluto retrograde in Aquarius. It's a time for sorting out our feelings from our abilities, and taking action to move forward. Without taking the time to weigh the pros and the cons, we are likely to feel stuck, as there will be a lot for us to sort out. There might be some sudden realizations, but those won't help us to find solutions unless we take stock of what we value.

All in all, we are feeling more proactive in our decision making and our social interactions. We are finally starting to feel as though we options again. There was a bit of a lull in that area, but now, we can start planning again. The full moon chart is fairly balanced in all sectors of receptions, elements, and qualities. Using it to our advantage can bring us more options in the near future.
