The last new moon of this season is in Pisces and the alignments are quite productive for us. The key is to understand what Pisces' new moon wants us to do. The new moon's sextile to Uranus in Taurus, encourages us to lead with a gentle heart. Mentoring, or persuading through kindness and example, are great uses of the Pisces spirit, as the season winds down before the Sun enters Aries. The Sun is leaning into Neptune, giving us new ideas to expand on our natural talents. This is one of those "think outside of the box" weeks.

Mercury has moved into Aries already, helping us to think and react more quickly. Be careful not to come across as a bully, just because others challenge our way of thinking. Mercury is moving out of a conjunction to Neptune in Pisces, giving us some insights that we may have failed to comprehend in the past. Mercury is sextile to Pluto in Aquarius, and we should be able to get directly to the heart of a complex situation. The problem is that, what seems clear to us, is not how others perceive the same issues. Finding a way to navigate these differences with patience is not a strong trait of Mercury in Aries.

Venus is finishing up in Aquarius, preparing to move into Pisces in a few days. All that networking that came easily while Venus was in Aquarius, could start to dry up unless we have figured out how to keep that rolling along after Venus moves into Pisces.

Mars in Aquarius is square to Uranus in Taurus. Lighten up on that accelerator. While we have hopes of getting things done more quickly, and efficiently, we are likely to discover that our response time to errors in judgment will be costly, physically and emotionally. Try not to spread ourselves too thin on our projects so that we can take our times to think through the problems before they become major.

Jupiter in Taurus is sextile to Saturn in Aquarius while moving into a conjunction with Uranus in Taurus. What we consider to be "common sense" is, in reality, generational. What "we learned" collectively, is not the same as others, in other generations. Now is a great time to reassess our common sense attitudes, and realize that others might have equally good ideas that we can use to our advantage. A change in approach might help us to find common ground with other generations and other cultures.

Overall, we are starting to feel more in balance with this new moon, with four placements in Masculine receptive signs and six in Feminine. We are still not yet wanting to push our point, too strenuously. But we are starting to hold our positions more firmly. We are more willing to experiment on some new ideas, while still holding firm to the tried and true that we know works best for us. Accepting responsibility for behaviors may not be what we want to do, however, it's time to.
