Sun is Gemini, 8° 10'
Moon is Sagittarius, 8° 10'

As most of you are aware, the Lunar Living website's server was updated earlier this month, and just before the New Moon in Taurus, the server proceeded to crash. The techs were overwhelmed with service calls, and I waited, what I consider to be a reasonable amount of time for them to assist. The lower level techs were available, but the situation was out of their level of experience. When it became apparent that they were not going to be able to help after four days of waiting, I found a different webhosting service that took on my business and set me up a new server. While I did have a current backup of the site, that only works on the surface.

Of course, this type of change involves the need to rewrite some codes in the background, double checking the dates and time zone setups to ensure that the scripts with dates and times are correctly formatting, etc. As of Saturday, we are now back on an SSL certificate, so the https should work correctly. I will need to go through and fix a few links to ensure that everything defaults to https. I will need to reinstall the store system and tweak that as well, just in time to rewrite the Lunar Living privacy policy and terms of use agreement to comply with the EU GPDR.

If you missed the new moon article, as a result of the web site issues, here it is - Taurus New Moon.

The full moon in Sagittarius is opposing the Sun in Gemini. We are out of the Taurus influences now and should be starting to feel like we have more options to choose from. At first, this can feel refreshing, but as more and more options become available, we are likely to feel overwhelmed. The full moon is forming a wedge to Mars in Aquarius. We are more likely to feel inspired to move forward with fortitude and courage into new adventures. This can also be a draining aspect, as we may not know when to quit or back down.

Mercury on the anaretic degree of Taurus is testing us. We may feel compelled to intellectually take a step back. We may be unwilling to think outside the box today due to fears of something that even we may not be totally aware of. Mercury is in a loose (out of sign) trine to Mars in Aquarius. We might be easily spooked by others until Mercury is in Gemini.

Venus in Cancer continues to transit out of bounds adding to our feelings of vulnerability. This will be a long out of bounds transit for Venus this year. Then, as soon as Venus reins it back in, Mercury will move out of bounds on June 7th. So, essentially, between Mercury, Venus and Mars, we have been impacted by out of bounds transits since mid March. We should be thankful that the Out of Bounds Moon isn't yet in this mix.

Venus tends to toy with our emotional security. During this full moon, Venus is trine to Jupiter retrograde in Scorpio, opposing Saturn retrograde in Capricorn, and trine to Neptune in Pisces. This is like a huge arrow pushing every little influence and nuance of the three planets, back onto Venus, which is out of bounds. A lot will depend on our own inner strength as to how we will deal with it. The opposition from Saturn can feel like the weight of the world is on our shoulders, while the grand trine of Venus, Jupiter and Neptune may seem to expand on that weight.

Mars ingressed Aquarius after the new moon on May 16th. With this new energy, we are feeling inspired to help others. We may also feel as though our style of "freedom" is the best, over all others. We may be inclined to tell others why they are wrong in their "brand" of freedom. It can be an interesting time of interactions. Mars is square to Uranus in Taurus, adding to some tense confrontations.

As was mentioned in the last new moon report, Uranus has ingressed Taurus, with a huge influence adjustment to make as it settles into place. Uranus won't move back into Aries (during the retrograde motion) until November 6, so we have a few months to begin adapting to the new approach on the unconventional that Uranus brings while transiting through Taurus.

Neptune in Pisces and Pluto in Capricorn are connecting up now with a sextile. This can bring a shift of spirituality that we may not be completely comfortable with. Depending on our world views, we may welcome the change, or we may reject the change. Regardless, it is likely to influence us, one way or the other.

Overall, the full moon chart is likely to feel unbalanced to us, with eight placements in the feminine receptives. We may be feeling extremely unsafe in our current environments. If possible, utilize this time to strategize new safety practices. While we may never need to actually utilize them, it can feel reassuring to have the "if-then" in place. The chart is heavy with Earth and Water elements, so we may feel like we are drowning with too much of a good thing, right now. Having healthy outlets can help us to get through. Remember, with Mars in Aquarius, we can release some of that heaviness by helping others. Finding healthy, balanced outlets, can keep us energised and vital.
