Sun is Gemini, 22° 44'
Moon is Gemini, 22° 44'
The new moon in Gemini tends to cause us to feel excited for change in our life styles, while at the same time, overwhelmed with too many options. It is actually a great time to meditate and find calming practices to help us to find inner peace and balance. In the third decan of Gemini, the tendency is to be spontaneous and unpredictable. Think in terms of Mr. Trump who was born on June 14th. It can be quite perplexing to those who don't see this as being normal behavior.
Mercury ingressed to Cancer on June 12, and this amplifies our emotional memories. This can be discomforting for those who have dealt with traumas in their past, especially while Mercury opposes Saturn retrograde in Capricorn. There could be feelings of depression, anxiety or jealousy as we try to sort through our memories. Mercury is sextile to Uranus in Taurus. It can be a time to explore our intuition.
Venus is leaving Cancer for Leo today. At the time of the new moon, Venus is on the anaretic degree of Cancer, causing us to feel an urgent need to wrap up relationship or monetary events that we initiated while Venus was moving through Cancer. Tie it up early in the day to feel a sense of release and relief. Venus is in an out of sign square to Uranus in Taurus. By tomorrow, the square will be more intense after Venus has ingressed Leo. Courtships and money matters may sputter for a few days until Venus moves out of the square aspect.
Mars in Aquarius can be hard on us physically, as we will feel energized one day and drained the next. We need to remember to get plenty of rest, eat healthy foods and stay away from stimulants that end up draining us more.
Jupiter retrograde in Scorpio is trine to Neptune in Pisces. This can be a time to hone our talents to the next level. Consistent practice during this time helps us to become more innovative.
With Pluto retrograde in Capricorn, Neptune and Pluto are sextile. For some of us, our senses and spiritual awareness can become heightened. But it can also cause confusion rather than awareness. Proceed with caution before believing what we think we see or feel. Pluto in retrograde can play tricks on us.
Overall, this chart is still unbalanced with too many placements in the feminine receptives. If we take a wait and see stance, we are more like to benefit from the problem solving abilities that will seemingly appear out of thin air. There are no Fire Element placements in this chart. Our energy levels are likely to fluctuate. Take care to approach the day with the healthiest of attitudes to get the most out of it. Being a team player helps to distribute the load.
